We will accept returns on defective items, please see our warranty page for details on our warranty policy. We also will take returns on items that have incorrect engraving.
If you have an item that is not engraved and is unused and in original packaging we will accept its return if it is sent back within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To return a defective item for repair or replacement, please follow the following steps:
1. Email us at email@example.com . In the email provide a description of the problem.
2. We will email back to you a Return Authorization Number, and instructions to pack and ship the knife.
3. Package the knife carefully, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Knife to:
